Una vez cortadas, otra vez a la nevera un buen rato hasta que estén frías, de ésta manera no se deforman.
Y al horno de 12 a 15 minutos, horno arriba y abajo a 170º.

Una vez frías, se decoran con glasa : por cada clara de huevo (yo uso pasteurizada), aproximadamente 200 gr, de azúcar glass. También utilizo fondant para darle un toque mas bonito, ya que no soy una experta con la glasa y además voy mas rápido.

Así que me he puesto manos a la obra y me he dado cuenta de que poco a poco le vamos cogiendo el truquillo a Tia Alia y a sus recetas. Por cierto....estas pastas están de vicio total y más fáciles de hacer no pueden ser.
Ingredientes: 100 grs. de almendras crudas, 100 grs de azúcar, 2 yemas de huevo.
Preparación: Se muelen las almendras con el azúcar. A la masa resultante se le añade la yema de huevo. Se trabaja para unificar. Se dan forma haciendo una bola y presionando con la mano, adornando con una almendra, sobre un papel vegetal para horno y se cuecen a 150º turboventilación hasta que empiecen a dorar. Se hacen muy rápido. Hay que dejarlas enfriar en el papel antes de quitarlas para que no se rompan.

Ya la habéis visto muchos de vosotros en mi face, pero no la había publicado en mi blog, y aqui está.
Me la encargó una amiga mía para su hija Judith, que a su vez es amiga de mi hija.
Es un bizcocho de vainilla, relleno de crema suiza de chocolate con una capa de mermelada de fresa y trocitos de fresa natural. Cubierto con ganaché de chocolate y por último, el fondant.
Les gustó mucho la tarta por fuera, y lo que es mejor, también por dentro.
Son tartas muy laboriosas, pero si ya es importante que la tarta quede bonita, considero que al comerla tiene que estar estupenda, jugosa y en su punto de dulzor.

I did not know what I was getting myself into.
First, I had to learn how to make the batter. This was not so complicated. By following the recipe to the letter, I had no trouble making the batter for the pancakes. I simply had to get all the ingredients in one bowl and stir properly. I think I should mention that I was about thirteen years old at that time and my hand-eye coordination was not so good. Therefore, I got myself a mixer and with its help, I was able to make that soft cream that was going to be turned into the best dessert on the earth.
I am sure that you have seen on TV those people that flip the pancakes without the help of any other instrument. They simply make a small gesture with the frying pan and they flip the pancakes in the air to turn them around. I have to admit that I was looking forward in mastering this art because it looked amazing and because it was one of the most interesting parts of the dessert making process. However, before I got to that I had to learn how long I should keep the pancake on one side in the frying pan in order for it not to burn. Of course, this was a bit of trial and error process, and after I burned a few of them, I finally figured out how long I should keep a pancake over the heat. I have to mention that my mother was very patient with me and she said that I had to make a mistake so that I could learn from it. Finally came the flipping of the pancakes. I have to say that we were lucky that we had a dog because much of the batter that I flipped in the air ended up on the floor. Without a patient mother and a very hungry dog, I would have not known how to make my favorite dessert today.
In conclusion, if you are going to teach your kids how to make pancakes, you have to have a lot of patience and you have to remember that they will make many mistakes before they get the perfect pancake from the frying pan. Cut the pickled herring and the smoked salmon using scissors. Wrap the topping carefully and let it cool. Then, start cooking the blinis. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees C. Include the egg white and whip it nicely until the ingredients are properly combined. Take a heavy skillet and heat it over moderate temperature. Then, include the melted butter into the pan and swirl it nicely so that the pans are coated well. Pour 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture. Cook it over average heat for 2 minutes until bubbles start forming on the surface of the blini. Let it set. Flip the side and cook the other side until it becomes golden brown. Keep the blinis in the oven so that it stays hot.
Take the leftover mixture and repeat the process. In order to serve, pour a teaspoon of sour cream into the center of each blin. Then, make a proper topping for the first 6 blinis using lumpfish roe. Top the rest using herring and the leftover smoked salmon. Transfer it into a serving plate and spread the chives over the blinis. Then, serve it along with lemon wedges.
